Obtaining a Central Groundwater Authority (CGWA) NOC in Kashipur Explained

Obtaining an NOC from the CGWA is mandatory in some states which comes under its jurisdiction, Following are the documents required to apply for and obtain a CGWA NOC / Borewell Permission/ Groundwater NOC/ Boring Certificate from Central Ground water Authority to abstract ground water.

  4. Water consumption in industrial process activity:
  5. Bore Well Details: Existing/Proposed (Contact us for the detailed split)
  6. ETP/STP Test Report, In case of septic tank, no report is required
  7. CTE (Consent to Operate) and CTO (Consent to Operate) from Concerned State Pollution Control Board
  8. Water denial certificate from Gram panchayat/ Development Authority/ Nagar Nigam

  2. Non Polluting certificate (Format will be provided by us)/ form 10 whichever is applicable.
  3. Site Layout Plan having Ground coverage area, green area, road and paved area
  4. Land Document/ Allotment letter/ lease deed/ possession letter
  5. Adhar card & PAN card of Authorized signatory
  6. Affidavit (Format will be provided by us).
