5. Water consumption in industrial process activity:

7. ETP/STP Test Report, In case of septic tank, no report is required
8. CTE (Consent to Operate) and CTO (Consent to Operate) from Concerned State Pollution Control Board
9. Water denial certificate from Gram panchayat/ Development Authority/ Nagar Nigam

11. Non Polluting certificate (Format will be provided by us)/ form 10 whichever is applicable.
12. Site Layout Plan having Ground coverage area, green area, road and paved area
